The tension controller can drive the operation of the magnetic powder clutch and brake when is output 0-24V/4A of current; it can control current. Therefore ,it is widely used in paper making, printing, packaging, textile industry, dyeing and printing industry.
The automatic tension controller can be set to full-automatic tension controller through forming a closed loop control system after being installed the tension sensor.
The automatic tension controller can be set to roll tension controller, then it can control the tension according to the roll diameter as long as installing the proximity switch or encoder to test the roll radius.
